During the mid 80's in a town near London. Billy, JoJo, Claude, Kim, Erik, Tommy, and the twins Jimmy and Linda Chan are homeless people who face racism and violence from a gang of posh kids daily. Eventually, JoJo decides that instead of staying in the UK where they face injustice and injuries. They should all go to Québec. Which sways the rest of the group to fight back before they decide to not only move from Central London. But , back to their home country where they feel is best. Suddenly, Jimmy yelps that his twin sister Linda hasn't returned because she was stolen.Abruptly, their friend Finn O'Reilly bursts through the front door revealing that he was shot in the side in the midst of his routine with Linda where she'd been kidnapped. The journey will have to wait. For now the focus is finding Linda and saving Finn from flatlining.
