Gabrielle Winters is a normal girl, planning to stay home and be lazy all summer. Well, since her parents are going back to college in a totally different state, she's going to have to stay somewhere else and be lazy all summer. Her parents force her to fly on a plane from Michigan to Florida, where she will stay with her Aunt. Who, might I mention, she has barely ever met before. Aunt Cathie isn't too keen on having Gabrielle stay with her either, and the first two days are utterly miserable for the two of them. That is, until Logan McKenna shows up at Cathie's house to walk her dog, Poochie. Logan alters Gabrielle's life in a way that they both don't understand.

Author Julia Morano tells the sweet tale of two lovestruck teens who can barely tell their feelings apart, and end up falling in love in a way that is dangerous for the both of them.
