I once read a theory which said that if you travel to the past you can't remember your future, why?
Well, when you travel to the past everything goes backward, right? The physical state of people regresses, an elderly person who travels to the past, would look younger upon arrival. Then, according to the theory, since the mind is part of the physical state, it also regresses, or better said, the information that is in the mind regresses, memories regress. Therefore, a person who travels to the past wouldn't be able to remember their future, wouldn't even realized that has traveled to the past.
Now refutable or not, it's just a theory, but this one got me thinking and I asked myself:
What would happen if it was really not possible to transport information through time?
What if you traveled to the past with a mission, but when you arrive you don't remember what you went for, what's more, you are not even aware that you come from the future and you just live your life as if it were just another day?
I invite you to read the story of Ahysy, an organization that sends an agent to the past and, when communicating with him, discovers that he not only doesn't remember his mission , but, moreover, he doesn't have any future memory. He just lies there, therrified, without knowing where the voices in his head come from. He don't know if they are real real, demons, or if he's just going crazy. Desperate to get rid of them, he commits a stupidity that could change history and that's where the dilemma arises: What should they do with it? Find a way to rescue him or... kill him?! Find out in this totally unpredictable, intriguing and full of mystery story.
Time travel like you have never been presented before, a story that will blow your head off. I hope, you really like it.

If they are made in our image, surely they will suffer the same trials?
In 2078, sentient androids help rebuild a damaged world. Eli, a unique android, struggles to find his place in a world that both fears and covets him as he becomes entangled in a dangerous game of politics and rebellion.
Ten years prior, Dr. Randeep Singh races against time to prevent an impending disaster while balancing the demands of a ruthless dictator.
As the two timelines collide, Eli and Dr. Randeep Singh are forced to confront their vulnerabilities and limitations in the face of overwhelming challenges.
Early Reviews:
"Your characterisation of your main cast was expertly done, but the Board wanted to highlight Eli, whose near childlike wonder at his own existence and other life rather paradoxically creates a sense of hope and beauty in the face of such instability."
"I was very pleased with the intriguing plot, which was well-conceived and developed, alongside a most fascinating cast of characters. I believe your story is very well-structured and well-grounded allowing the story to build progressively and weave together the underlying messages included in your work, including concepts of control and existence, as well as uncontrolled
scientific exploration that are sure to resonate with many contemporary readers"
This is not 'man vs machine' - 'Therefore I Am' delves into ethics of class systems as sentient androids are introduced into a brutal world scorched by a world war and ran by a sadistic regime. Narrated over two timelines, this novel is a real page-turner and a hot take on robotic AI.
Although this story discusses AI themes; no AI was used in the creation or in the writing process.
I wanted this book available to read for free but if you wish to support me you can buy this book in paperback on Amazon in most territories. Search: Mickey Luke Mitchell - Therefore I Am at a very reasonable price.
