Gabriella Real was your average 17 year old with a pretty normal life. But the summer before her senior year, her single father was shipped over seas, and she was sent to stay with her aunt in Eugene, Oregon. Upon arriving at her Aunt Emma's house, she meets the neighbor boy, Adam Wild, the bad boy of the town. Will she continue to keep her promise of enjoying the summer, or fall in love while trying?
