Falling of the Stars

Princess Rowena has spent her entire life forging her own path. The last thing she wants to do is be forced into a loveless marriage for the sake of the crown, and has successfully managed to thwart off several suitors in her efforts. When she is given the ultimatum of either marrying for a political alliance, or step down as heir to her throne, she makes the decision that at least as queen, she can still advocate and be the voice for her people and her kingdom. Whisked away into an unwanted destiny, tragedy quickly finds its way into her land as her world is turned upside down.
