The Adventures of a Dumb Detective and his Wily Mate.

Shot in the head and ready to die, Rudra is rescued and secretly nursed by a most unlikely saviour. A 13 year old boy. Rudra watches in helpless silence as his saviour is mistreated and abused. After one night of intolerable torment, Rudra promises little Agni to save him. Still disoriented and gravely sick, Rudra regains partial memory and runs away, forgetting his promises to Agni.
They meet again a decade on. Rudra is now an advocate and Agni a full member of his adoptive family, a transformed person. Rudra doesn't recognize him. He fights his increasing attraction towards Agni, not wanting to betray his memory of promising his love to his little saviour.
Agni's life is shrouded in multiple mysterious deaths. Rudra feels compelled to investigate inspite of his inner turmoil.
When Rudra and Agni finally admit to their feelings for each other, lies and secrets create a precarious bridge between them. Their fragile love is shrouded by their murky history. Overcoming everything would need them to test their faith in each other.
A bond has to be forged through the fire of mutual resolve.
