Have you ever thought what would've happened if there was no contract between Meerab and Murtasim? 
What if Meerab agreed to marry Murtasim for the sake of her adoptive parents so they wouldn't abandon her again? She was so broken after learning about her real parentage and her abandonment as a child that she couldn't afford to lose them. What if she asked for some time to accept this relationship? 

        What if Murtasim had always admired Meerab's determined behaviour and her courage but couldn't show it as it will only increase her stubbornness? He just couldn't tolerate her stubbornness and her denial of old traditions.

         What if their living together and knowing each other would heal their hearts which had been broken by their own family members?
