Almost ten years after he was brought back from the dead, Jason Todd finds himself at the top of the criminal underworld. A king among thieves, criminals, and full fledged villains. His own organization, the Red family, having grown and taken control over many lesser mobs and mafias. People lowered their heads to him as a sign of respect when he entered a room.
Little did many of them know he kneeled before a woman who sat on his throne. He vowed to give her the world, and for her he would let it burn.
