Meet Wilbur Soot, a college student who is just trying to make ends meet while dealing with the issues he has with his abusive girlfriend. Life has never been easy for him, but things take a turn for the worse when Alex, his old childhood friend, shows up.

Alex is now a gambler and a killer, and he has a proposition for Wilbur - to impersonate one of the biggest and dangerous Villains in the District, Ares. Wilbur's strikingly similar physique with the Villain makes him the perfect candidate for the job, but things quickly get complicated once he meets the Syndicate.

Little did he know that his decision to impersonate Ares would lead him down a path he could never have anticipated. With danger lurking around every corner and secrets waiting to be uncovered, Wilbur must navigate through this treacherous world and find a way out before it's too late.

That, is why Quackity chose him. Wilbur Minecraft was going to fall soon, and he was going to fall hard. And Quackity would be right there waiting, ready to catch his songbird when he did. But while on a mission when he almost dies, he is saved by someone with a very accurate shot. He meets another assassin from a different agency, something he's never known of before. Of course seeing how skilled and attractive the other assassin is, he can't really just let him go... Quackity works for a different agency that wants to be better than all the rest, that means more missions and more training, most importantly: more rich. It takes a very long time to get up in the ranks and he has proven his worth there. But when tasked to kill a particularly dangerous assassin, he makes a few unwise decisions that he thinks are good... until he gets captured.

A teenage boy is running from the law. A large bounty is over his head, and five Hunters are constantly chasing him, determined to get the money. It all changes when Dream gets wings. Now everything that he knew about life is upside down and twisted. As he is a magpie, his "bird-brain" takes over when he sees anything shiny, and he immediately wants it. It also pops up during great emotion, scattering his usual calm and cold reactions. His wings are tiny, not yet full grown, like they should have been because most avians are born with their wings. He doesn't know who he is, or what to call himself, and he no longer feels safe with the sudden new dangers around him, especially with his fresh wings to take care of. And now he is forced to play in a harsh competition of something like Minecraft where he has enemies from day one. At least he has Techno, his partner, who is only three years older than him, but he can't help but feel like the pink-winged avian could be a father. At least, until he realizes why that person wanted to protect him. And then he feels betrayed.
