What happens when two people from two different clans fall in love with one another?

Mei, a girl from the Cosmos, went down to Earth along with her mom and some of their reinforcements to fight the rival clan they've had inconveniences with for years now. 
The struggle became real for them when Kazu's clan seized both Mei and her mom and completely slaughtered their other people they brought along in hope of putting an end to this timeless conflict.
