Inuyasha and Kagome had just started their departure in search of Shikon Jewel shards to restore peace among the people and many various amounts of yokai in the Sengoku era. However, Kagome's constant absence had raised suspicion to her half-sister, Higurashi Koharu. Koharu had been scouted in her early years and entered a prestigious school in Korea by just the age of 16. Always having a special bond with Kagome, she decides to move back to Japan in search of where her dear sister had gone.
Inumaru, the younger brother of Sesshoumaru had been keeping a close eye on the travelling duo for a while. He had witnessed Inuyasha become stronger over time thanks to the girl he had found to be called Kagome. Despite being a Daiyokai, unlike his brother he harbors no ill feelings for his half brother Inuyasha having a strong bond with him. One day he finds himself subconsciously in front of the well that Kagome used to time travel back and forth. His mind rings and his body takes full control as it reaches out and grabs a small tender hand. Pulling her up, it's as if the whole world fell apart.
The two meet and time stops. The two wish it would have stopped forever but that isn't something that they control. The desire for love and the twisted pathways to do so. How will these two overcome this? One afraid of the feeling of love and one desperate for love. Two opposite sides that could never attract.

Chiyomaru is Inuyasha's younger twin sister, a mortal girl who's demonic powers were taken from her in the womb by Inuyasha. Only powers that remained was the ability to heal quickly and the long life. About a hundred years ago, Inuyasha decided that it would be best that he walk away with Chiyomaru, after all, Chiyo had a happy life journeying the world with her best friend, Reiki, a girl who is exactly like Chiyo but with the ability to see the future in mental images during her sleep. The two girls were extremely close and traveled around so Reiki could help mortals find happiness and true love even during the feuding times. Around 50 years ago, Reiki senses something very wrong with her twin brother, a man who was also a half demon like Inuyasha. A few days later, Chiyo sensed Kikyo seal Inuyasha into the sacred tree and went to see Inuyasha. While she was gone, Naraku arrived planning to kill both girls but due to Reiki's dormant demonic powers and Naraku's recent awakening with his demonic powers, he could not fight off Reiki, and so he sealed her away. Upon returning, Chiyo learns what happened to her best friend and spends the next 50 years making herself stronger all while disguised as a man to make travel easier. Inuyasha is awakened and she searches all over the place for Inuyasha. After teaming up with Inuyasha, Kagome, Miroku and Shippo, Chiyo leads the group to the demon slaying village where she once trained. They find the villagers slain before meeting Sango, who wished to kill Inuyasha who she believed killed her village. After seeing the truth, the group continues their journey to find Naraku and Chiyo crosses paths with the long foreseen true love that Reiki predicted that she'd meet one day, southern wolf demon tribe leader, Koga.
