After losing his job as a Top Hero, Jack is left reeling with the knowledge that everything he thinks he knows about the world is wrong. Turning to the only person he knows he can trust to be honest with him comes naturally - after all, they had a shared history anyways. Being public enemies didn't really mean you couldn't know someone privately... But when he proposes dismantling the system as they know it, he doesn't really know what he's getting himself - or his new makeshift team - into.
This is the introduction to something much larger than one angry man. This is a story about growth and change. A story about new beginnings and questioning everything you think you know.
