A woman named Odessa is the Keeper of Olympus, and has protected Olympus ever since she was five years old. One day, as Odessa was protecting Olympus, Zeus tells her she must go to Camp Half-Blood.  Everybody except a few people know who Odessa is, so she is happy to go to this camp, because they don't want to be treated differently. When she arrives at Camp Half-Blood, Odessa is greeted by Chiron. They soon join the cabins, and they meet everyone. But it seems, Odessa noticed a nineteen year-old boy named Luke has eyes for her.
