A woman named Odessa is the Keeper of Olympus, and has protected Olympus ever since she was five years old. One day, as Odessa was protecting Olympus, Zeus tells her she must go to Camp Half-Blood.  Everybody except a few people know who Odessa is, so she is happy to go to this camp, because they don't want to be treated differently.
