After Ivy's mother betrays both Ivy and her father, nobody has any idea how to deal with the grief and emptiness that fills their home. So on Ivy's tenth birthday, she decides to wish for a happy ending for both herself and her father. But do wishes actually come true? Ivy isn't sure until she is visited by a flying cat named Celia, who claims that she is from a magical land where wishes really do come true.
