Walk Beside Me

"A walk again? Georgie are you serious? You and I both know it's too dangerous for you to be walking like that every night! " his mother exclaims in his ear, making the blonde pull away from the phone and rub his ear.

"Mom, how often do I say I'll be fine? It's not like I walk anywhere dangerous. I like to take strolls at night. It helps to clear my head." He tells the woman trying to reassure her and get her to calm down. His mother, however, is worried about his safety Due to the high rate of stalker cases, killings, and gang affiliations, she fears that something bad might happen to him. She says, "Georgie, I'm your mother. I'm concerned for your safety."

George, on the other hand, is confident that nothing will happen to him. He loves taking walks at midnight, believing it helps him calm his nerves and collect his thoughts. However, one night, while taking this walk, was enough to make him realize that maybe he should have listened to his mother.
