Can Regulus' words speak louder than his brother's actions? There are many times Regulus doubts his ability to get through to his older brother who is unwilling to listen to anyone with the last name of Black, but a part of him wants to believe in Slughorn's pet project of forming a band and making music to bring house unity just as much as he wants to believe the songs he writers as Stubby Boardman might get through to Sirius.
