Weakly gasping for air, Ballistar was laying in his "evil lair", Nimona not yet existing in this universe. Atleast, we haven't met her yet. It's just Ambrosius and Ballister, and Bal couldn't do everything on his own. Altough he did get out of jail, he daily got punishment from guards on the street, and in his own house.
