'Alastor knew he had to get out of there, but the pain was too much and he was struggling to melt into the shadows. Just as he finally started to feel himself lose his silhouette and slowly thaw into the darkness, a woman's laugh rang through the alley.
"And where do you think you are going, shadow-demon? Oh not so fast!" Walking to him, the tall woman closed her fist, quickly shattering Alastor's attempt at escaping with her magic. "Quiet the wound you have there. I heard you are a deal-maker, so how about you and I make one? I let you continue your pitiful existence by ridding you of that nasty gash, in exchange for...your servance. Helping me towards my goal."
Feeling his eyes changing between radio dials and blackness, only leaving his pupils glowing red, Alastor was hesitating in fury. He was in no position to bargain and he knew that, yet it was a very one-sided deal that much was clear.'
