Detective Sarah Martinez, a fiercely independent NYPD officer, is shaken when her estranged partner dies under mysterious circumstances. She reluctantly teams up with Robert Seitz, a transfer from the LAPD she dismissively calls "Hollywood boy." Initially indifferent to him, Sarah soon realizes they must work together to solve a disturbing case of missing officers. As their investigation deepens, they uncover a sinister conspiracy involving corruption and organized crime. Despite their differences, Sarah and Robert develop a strong partnership, maybe even more, united in their determination to bring the criminals to justice and protect the NYPD.

The Deceptive Detective

47 parts Complete

Meet Miranda, she is a spunky and petite detective who won't take anyone's crap and is well known throughout the cop and criminal world not to mess with her. When her police chief puts her undercover to bust a chopshop in California, she doesn't realize the mess she is getting into. What looks like a simple bust, turns into something much bigger that she alone cannot handle. She meets Cole who is a police detective who has no clue who she is until it finally clicks when he realizes that the woman bringing down the criminals in his hometown is the same one who he thinks is a child psychologist. It's not long before they become entangled in a web of deceit, lies, murder, but with a bit of romance thrown in. Join Cole and Miranda on a wild ride through a not so simple case.
