The Shatter Me series out of Emmaline's perspective, who is close to death in her tank, but uses her last strength to connect with her sister, Ella. Will she find peace before she dies, or will she stay in chains and watch the world die around her, while all she can do is wait and die?

Evie herself is spending her days trying to figure out how to strengthen Emmaline and meanwhile monitor her other daughter Ella, who is now living the fake life of Juliette Ferrars, under eyes of Anderson. Will she ever be bothered by her cruel actions, her torture upon her own daughters, or will she continue until her own, awaiting death?
