This is a super short snippet of a really epic scene in one of the DND 5e campaigns I participated in - Stellar Frontier. It's a sci-fi pirate campaign turned overthrow the big bad crime organization campaign. There's a lot of context being skipped, I just wanted to upload something I wrote more recently. My characters are Koh Myo and Cerbyn!

PROLOGUE My name is Alex Kahill. On July 15, 2017, I killed a person, but am not accused of murder. However, I am being hunted by those who hold me responsible for this death...and most certainly, these folks fully intend to terminate my life. Three months ago, my life was actually better than good. I was taking a personal sabbatical in picturesque Western New York, doing three things that I dearly love. (1) Riding my bike (2) Flying my drone and (3) Visiting my son, Ben, who was interning as an environmental reporter for the Chautauqua Daily, a local paper serving the Chautauqua Institution. At this point, I don't really have much to lose. I am no writer, so please bear with me. But know that I am totally vulnerable, so I'll try to be thorough as I tell my story. War for Change
Humanity used to thrive in 2035 until a group of scientists started playing God. This science team was recruited by all the top world leaders and they've begun receiving demands for a super soldier, and they began experimenting on animals, which gave the scientists expected results, but like all experiments, there was a chance for failure. The humanoid animals, or Anthros for short, started getting smarter, faster than the scientists expected, or reacted. The Anthros broke free and took what was left of the 'White Mist,' the substance that created them, and put it into the planet's air supply. Long story short, most animals worldwide have begun transforming into Anthros, and started devastating the world's militaries before attacking cities. Humanity is now facing extinction with their last millions while the Anthro civilization is over 2 Billion strong and counting. The war between Humans and Anthros has lasted for over 50 years, and while humans may be disadvantaged against the Anthros higher strength, speed, endurance, and intelligence, they still beat Anthros with improvisation, adaptability, and tactics. The war has destroyed all four Eastern continents, leaving behind a creature both Humans and Anthros call Reapers, who are husks of the person they were. The Anthros have near complete control over North America and are fighting Humanity in South America, but the main human bases are located on the Hawaiian islands. With death seeming inevitable for human kind, can nothing stop humanity from extinction? Zero has just graduated from high school with good marks and a scholarship. His family wanted to celebrate, so they said they would wait for him. He went back to grab his wallet, and as he turned around, he started falling in a wormhole, closing afterwards. a transcription of a story i wrote in 5th grade, from an old notebook thats falling apart. the shower thought turned ambitious murder mystery xenofiction that spawned my current story, The Wolves of Evergreen just so you know, it is fairly directionless and will end in the middle of a sentence, but i still think its really cool and genuinely love the worldbuilding. i will likely incorporate some aspects of this such as the underground tunnels into TWoE Vocabulary: Hoopine - Deputy (like warrior cats) Nata - Healer Penglai - Guard. there are two per Pride Tabul - Apprentice (warrior cats) Neful - i think this is basically younger than tabul-age? All The Queen's Monsters (The Queen's Slave, Book 3)
Everything was gone. I sobbed, my clothes ripped and I was bleeding, but it didn't matter. I had to get to her, to them. Had to find- Struggling to stand, I grasped my side, biting back the scream that wanted to escape. I looked down at my hands and red coated them, blurring together until I couldn't see anything anymore. I squeezed my eyes shut, forcing my panicked breathing to slow, until I felt in control of myself again. It had been so long, I thought as I turned my peeling and dry face to the sun, my fingers shaking as I struggled to make sense of them. For so long, I'd been a wolf, cursed. All that I was, or could've been had been reduced to nothing but an animal driven by instinct, bloodlust, thousands of lives met their ends at the edges of my razor sharp claws. I had no idea where I was, how much time had passed. My fingers touched something hard in the sand, and a jolt of information went through me as Queen Azalea's sword, gleamed as I pulled it free. My heart started to pound as sun glinted off of the blade, reflecting back at me. I nearly dropped the metal when I saw myself. I took a second look and saw white hair, caked with dirt, and yellow eyes, blue veins sparking in their depths. All at once, I remembered who I was. I remembered why I was here, how much time had passed. I am Azalea Marie Albescu, The Queen Alpha. A false queen sits on my throne, controls what's mine. I would have to make my way back to my pack, my family, and my home, if still there. I would rise again, as I had before, and reclaim what belongs to me. Fallen Star
This is my take on those stories that have only one human male on a planet full of anthros. You know the ones, where a nuke, virus, or/and war that destroyed the human race except for one and for some unexplain reason ten years later furries rule the earth with a fully functioning government and technology. Oh, and sometimes this human has all the powers of comics and mange for also unexplained reason or another. With every character is spelled out on these bio picks before you even read the story, ruining any suspension or mystery the story could have. Sorry, went on a little rant but I have a hard time reading those kinds of stories, so I decided to make my own. So the actual story; A human crash landed onto a alien world where the dominant species are ten feet tall female wolves. Now he have to survive this warrior world that seeks to use him or destroy him, but under his meek facade is something much more then any one could imagine. Hope you enjoy.
SeiKU Final Sin Part 2
This story will contain mature content like swearing and suggestive humor read at your own risk. And this is the first time I write an actual big book so expect some grammar mistakes, and plot errors. 😦 Jaiden's POV: Jaiden was living her life normal until a voice demanded her to save an long lost extreme fan(Dodo). She was given suit and a sword that Dodo's ingenuitive Brain created. But as the story progresses she founded herself being hunted Down by an space terrorist organization uprising, they are planning to take over the world, along with the universe by an god they wish to be on their side. Dodo seems to be part of it. Can she and the main characters take down this organization once and for all along with the voice that calls. Diana's POV: Like the original plot she was forced into the organization because for her friends (found out at SeiKU final sin part1). She then encountered Sarah from the Covid 19 book.D. The two began now to sneak into the various sites to uncover what's even darker behind the scenes. Alan's POV: Like the last one they are trapped in the Outpost with Daniel and Alan, they have to find a way out of here, lucky an rescue team founded their location and saved them, they where immediately transported to an station where they where at the headlines, until an explosion interrupted them and they are left running out an into the chaos above, can one of them survive long enough to stand against the odds. Kreekcraft's POV: Kreek after done recording his video took a break and comforted Kalya who is panicking against how the uprising is closing in on their country. Kreekcraft also has been wondering why isn't Timmeh out and playing he hasn't been online for like 2 months XD. Kreek then founded out the truth. Turns out Timmeh is planning ahead of time, he is designing a giant mech like kaiju thingy on low budget to defend the land at least. Could this be the answer to the end of the chaos. Where Stars Go to Die
*Attention:* for those still reading this book, it's fairly bad, it's hastily written and I'm not particularly proud of it, not as much as I used to be. I'm leaving this one up as a case study for how I used to write and to look at the mistakes I used to make. Future stories will hopefully be much better and for those still reading, I thank you dearly. Stay tuned for more. It's the year 3081, traveling space has become a regular occurrence. From space buses to cargo freighters, fighters to armada cruisers... Naturally, humanity took war into space too, planetary wars here and there. And in the middle of this mess of normal life and brutal war? That's where we find Joe, a sad sap, running his business all by himself.
