Valentine's Day is a time when communities come together, blind in the celebration of love. Out of all holidays, who would murder on a night of falling in love? At least two would do so. One, a stalker of his prey. The other, a graphic spree killer, traveling from town to town with countless victims under their belt. The two are loose on the streets of Jessie's small town.
