Winifred "Winnie" Gallagher became a police officer after the Hallowfield murders in 1974 was left unsolved-and her brother's killer was left roaming free.

Upon transferring to the Lynwood City Police Department and hoping to become a detective to solve the 1974 case, Winnie was assigned to an investigation team on a string of disappearances, which may actually connect more with her brother's murder than she may have initially thought.
