Monsters rampaged the land for two whole weeks.
But humanity fights back, with people who awoke Gifts, special powers bestowed on them to push back against the onslaught.
They are called Hunters.
It has been 20 years since the Gate Break incident.
Korea, the central hub of Hunters globally, built the elite Academy of Hunters, with the sole purpose of producing S-rank Hunters with extraordinary Gifts.
Since then, everything has been peaceful.

Yang Ju-Lin has been working as a Mathematics [General Education] teacher in the Public District for 4 years.
Despite Mathematics being one of the most neglected subjects in the Gifted world, she's holding up pretty well. The number of General Education teachers are dwindling after all.
But the kids she's teaching...don't even care about the subject! Even if they are rich kids, they would still have the basic Mathematical knowledge...
What is she going to do?
She's going to do her job and just hope for the best.
It's a wonder she hasn't changed to teaching Economics but chose to continue Mathematics.
-
...maybe I did my job a little too well.
Not only am I being transferred to the elite Academy of Hunters, I have just Awakened with a Gift...based on my Mathematical knowledge?!
Well, I might as well use this chance to teach those brats that they should look down on general Mathematics!

"Oh this? This book is so interesting." Suddenly Nom grabbed the book and read the title loudly. 'How to recognize your own potential?' They both looked at me like I murdered someone. "What is this? Are you crazy or something? Where did you even find this?" Pete asked. "I'm trying to figure out why they selected me to the super 7 project" I answered. "And why did you think you'd get an answer by reading fantasy books?" Nom questioned. "I don't know okay? I have to start somewhere. Also our library is full of these kind of books." "What you guys actually do in this class anyway? Do they teach you how to pass exams easily or something?" Pete asked "Also, whenever we ask anything about this class, you just make up some excuses and disappear" Nom joined him. "I don't know what we're doing there either. Everything about the project is weird" A/N :- This is my first time writing a book. So there can be lots of mistakes. - 𝑫𝒚𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒑𝒊𝒂 - (Yandere!Levi x Reader)
Started~ Nov 12 2021 Finished~ Dystopia: an imagined state or society in which there is great suffering or injustice, typically one that is totalitarian or post-apocalyptic. "Do you love me, Cadet?" Why? That seemed to be a question you've been asking yourself a lot lately. Growing up in the underground was tough. You needed to fight for survival, food, money, and even-your freedom. Danny, you're despicable "father", had you stealing from him any chance he got. He was slick and manipulative. Having to steal valuables for him all while taking care of two kids, Kai and Mary, was really hard. The responsibility you held was weighing down on you, making you think more about them and less about you. You didn't mind though. Anything to stay away from the sinful place you call home. After a while of putting up with Danny though, you had you're last straw ripped away when he hurt you're beloved Mary. You ran away to start a new life, taking Mary with you. You become known as "Shade", a mysterious cloaked criminal known for your stealth and strength. You took pride in your reputation, and the best part was, nobody knew anything about you. From your face down to you're gender, it was all concealed. It was all cloaked. But all this changed once they found you. They took you in, capturing you to mold you into a soldier fighting for the survey corps. You despised the survey corps at first. After all, they stole you from your home. Took you away from the people you loved. They ruined your life, right? But... did they? You're stubbornness and skill capture the attention of a certain short black haired male. Corporal Levi was humanities strongest though, he couldn't like you, could he? He couldn't... At first it seemed strange but pleasant to finally get noticed, but soon you realized, nothing good came from the Corporal. In fact, your life seemed to turn into a living Dystopia. Melinda goes to a school in a far far away place, to a school of magic but everyone else there is as normal as normal. They learn what school kids do. The usual algebra and chemistry but they are trained with powers. The school do not teach them how to control their powers, they teach themselves. Like every school, there is always the popular and the unpopular. In her school, there is two really sexy prefect, 2 pop stars, 2 princesses, famous actors, cool cheerleaders, geeks, and of course, herself. Everyone in her class was special in a way, even the geeks. There was no average kids, only her. To make things worse, the smart students have been chosen. They were chosen to train and protect their world, Xigix. Xigix calls them CPs which stands for Coolest People since they all think they are so cool. She does not have any hate towards them but the chosen people from her class out of the 6 chosen CPs were the 2 popstars and the 2 princesses, not her. Melinda was upset, the only cool thing was that she dated one of the popstars but they decided to be friends after all. She did not mind that but she does realise that she is the big outcast of the class but on her 18 birthday, she realises something really special. She happens to be the Nyphm of the Ocean. She really is one of the 6 Nypmhs of Xigix together with her not-so-cool classmates, Laurel and Jessilyn, Nymph of Elements and Nymph of the Soul. The other nymphs turn out quite stunning too. Together they are a team but will Melinda's classmate ever see who she really is and will she get accepted as someone special to them? Will she still be considered an outcast to her class? Above Star class? --- Inspiration from Winx Club!
