It had been a decade, maybe more. James' life and supposed soul were crushed after his parents decided to part their ways, and to a young child, just ripe of twelve with a sister just hitting fourteen and sent to live with their mother, it felt like hell had just started.
But, to curb the feeling of loss and sadness James held close to his chest like mourning, he had a plan to make sure no one ever left his side, again.

Adam would do anything for his sister Olivia, including protecting her from the monster that roams within their home. James lives with his mother and stepdad. I stood peering over the cold lifeless body that lay before my eyes. I had always thought of death the enemy, but right now, I blessed it upon the person who is now at peace.
