Because of the world's reset, few people get the chance to live in the newly-born world. One of them was Gen, a mentalist-magician who once lived the modern life, the cause for the First War of the Kingdom of Science and the Tsukasa Empire, the other end of the Stone World's First Flimsy Alliance solely for a bottle of cola.

Asagiri Gen, who chose the bitterly sweet path of loving humanity's savior as his feelings grew like the flowers blossoming, tightly intertwined with his heart, the flowers that slowly but painfully, crawled out of his mouth. If only his feelings had done the same. 

Keeping the love unsaid, as he fought for the resurrection of humanity, he did too for his own. Hoping that the love would soon reach the other, will he be able to live further on? Rather, will he choose to have it known or just let it take him to his grave?

Hikari has always been friends with Senku, Taiju and Yuzuriha. It's always been the four of them. While Taiju loved Yuzuriha and Yuzuriha loved Taiju, Hikari found herself falling head over heels in love with Senku. And she told blurted it out one time when they were real young that she wanted to stay by his side because she loved him. But it's been so long, she thought he'd forgotten, something illogical as that, wasn't something Senku paid attention to, but he paid attention to her. She was the only one he truly let into his heart aside from science. When the beam of light covers the sky, Hikari gets scared and looks to the only person that makes sense, Senku. She grabs tightly onto him and the two of them are turned to stone together. 3,700 years later, in the year 5738, a minute after Senku wakes up, while in the middle of getting his bearings, Hikari wakes up, begins crying, hugging him, like she had been doing before they were turned to stone. Senku calms her down and tells her that there's more important things than reminding him of her feelings for him, as he already knew about her feelings. He tells her that centuries had passed and they needed to figure out how to survive. That meant gathering food, water, find shelter and clothing. When she looks to see what he means by that, she freaks out and hides behind a tree until he gets her something to cover up with. His brain didn't fully grasp the problem that she was naked, but he found her something to cover up with. Six months later, Taiju wakes up and the Kingdom of Science begins the restoration of humanity together!
