He listened to her patiently without interupting her, he did not know why he was even sitting there but there he was listening to the person he hates, or so he thought, rant about her life.
The tears flowing down her face made his heart wrench and he felt the need to crush everyone who hurt her.

"why are you even listening to me'' she asked wiping her tears of off her face.
Jake instinctively replied "cuz it felt right"
Jiwon was taken aback from his answer and simply stared at him
Jake felt flustered and immediately stood up taking Jiwon by surprise, she asked " what happened"
He simply replied "I have to go now, i don't have all day to sit here with you, afterall, we still need to figure out how to escape this godforsaken island" and left.
