Starscream is five years old. He lives with his parents Megatron and Hyperia. He also has his four older siblings. Slipstream his sister who is the oldest and is 13. Thundercracker his oldest brother who is 11. Novastorm his older sister who is 9. Skywarp his older brother who is 7. Starscream is the youngest child. They all live in Fort Worth Texas. Starscream is looking forward to starting kindergarten. He even has a few friends his own age starting kindergarten as well. However soon he starts to feel unwell. His parents take him to Cook children's hospital. There many tests are done. Then Starscream is diagnosed with Choroid plexus carcinoma a type of brain tumor that is brain cancer. Starscream is brave and ready to fight his cancer. At the hospital he makes friends with a girl his age who recently moved to Fort Worth and has the same type of cancer as him.
