Summary:
Lan Xichen's heart was moved by Jin Guangyao before, but in the end ended things between them because his uncle did not approve of them. Jin Guangyao later died with Nie Mingjue, and seeing that Lan Xichen seemed to have lost his soul, Lan Qiren reluctantly accepted the fact that Lan Xichen liked men so he arranged a marriage for Lan Xichen with Jiang Cheng, who similarly has no lover.
Will a loveless marriage bear fruit?
P.S.: YES! I am writing this even though I am (still) sick hahahaha don't worry, the bad cough is soon to go away but anyway... I can't sleep and this popped in my mind, so... I also realized that I haven't seemed to have written an arranged marriage fanfic for XiCheng? *shocked anyway, here it goes!
