Shattered

Tyler's life has been shattered. Only, it wasn't actually whole to begin with. He has all odds against him: he has no father, his mother smacks him around like a rag doll, and he's struggling to understand who he is. As life becomes no more than a blur for Tyler, he starts to notice things about the people around him. He realizes that there is a reason behind his mother's abuse. And he also learns more about himself along the way.

Told in two perspectives--Tyler's and his mother's--Shattered is a fiction story about the secrets that life holds tight within its grasp.
