City girl, Riley Peterson, has a great life. Great parents, great friends, Straight 'A' student, she is even class president. When her parents tell her that the family is moving to a new area, she thinks it is that least of her worries. Then she finds out where they are moving. Tannersville, California. A secluded area that is exactly 2,457 miles away from her hometown, Atlanta, Georgia.

As Riley tries to rebuild her life in Tannersville, she finds out a secret about her family's past. What will she do when she finds out a family secret that could change her life forever? She is faced with a decision. Sometimes the right decision is the hardest to make.
