Angel Mae Sandoval is AGILA Dance Troupe's VIP and soon-to-be dance captain. Unfortunately, for reasons unknown, she suddenly quits. Just like that.

Everyone's speculating why, but Angel would never tell. She couldn't have predicted it but who knew their curiosity could be so cruel? In a matter of days, she would lose what once seemed so important. Her friends. Popularity. The juniors who looked up to her.

Amidst the calamity, the best part of Angel's day is when she gets to talk to Ica: the quiet new student whose occasional quips she found amusing.

Little did Angel know, sometimes the small things outweigh the bigger stuff, and a certain girl's smile is all she'll ever need.

This is an epistolary novel written in Filipino-English.

However, when she comes home, she learns the painful truth that everyone tried to hide from her, and a very heart wrenching news-her best friend is dead. She died after coming back from visiting her in Spain four years ago. She felt the sense of responsibility to uncover the truth behind her death that leads her to the man she never expected to be him - the person that always piqued her son's interest, and the one her genes didn't even stand a chance with, the person with a "shining, shimmering, splendid" abs. He is very real and not just a fragment of her past that she tried so hard to forget- the twist is? She thought he was just some stranger and also caught up that night, but all along he is someone she knew. Torn between the guilt of being the last person her best friend visited before she died and the fear of him finding out about their child, Raki decides to finally face and dig the past she forcefully buried. She entered their home as a cook, however not only she uncovers the truth behind her best friend's death, she also uncovers the whole untwisted truth and reality in that mansion. Will that truth finally unleash the ties that binds her to her past and keeps her from moving forward in the present? Will she finally have answers to the questions that lingered in her mind in the past years, and finally find the real peace and love she deserves?

Begin Again (Love in Paris # 4)

205 parts Complete

Liking a person wasn't supposed to feel so encapsulating, but Una Madia Grajales freezes up whenever he's near. The knots and butterflies in her stomach makes her buckle and shut down and all she could do was gush about him to her best friend who was nothing but supportive. He cheered her on, gave her some pointers, he even made some adjustments just for her to spend some time with her crush. But down the line, Una realized she never cared for the butterflies. She didn't like freezing up neither the churning in her stomach. She wanted clear skies, warm blankets, fuzzy socks, and wistfully, the one who gave her a turtle plushie in the middle of the night-just because. And perhaps, she was too late to recognize that what she needed has always been there all along when he's already a thousand miles away. The chances were probably thin, but maybe it was exactly what they needed to begin again. Begin Again (Love in Paris # 4) Completed (2021).
