Durante toda su vida los Spartans han vivido con sus emociones reprimidas y siendo privados de una vida normal, arrebatados de sus hogares desde la niñez y obligados a ser soldados, pero esto cambio desde la reveladora visita de John a su viejo amigo Soren quien le revelo que todos ellos llevaban una baliza inhibidora que les impedía sentir y ser ellos mismos, John decide sacar la baliza pero lo que el no se percató fue que su compañera Kai lo vio retirar su Baliza y siguió su ejemplo, como si se tratara de una reacción en cadena la Spartan Riz también vio como Kai se quitó el inhibidor y decidió hacerlo también, poco después siendo seguidos por Vannak 


¿que pasará ahora que John y Kai están descubriendo sus emociones? ¿que surgirá entre ellos?.
