Draxus turned him down not only because of work conflict but because Kaku was so young. It wasn't THAT bad of an age gap, Kaku was 23, he was a grown man!... Besides... Draxus was only 45... Plus Draxus did have a bit of a soft spot for the kid. But one day Draxus's mysterious past started to rear its ugly head and come to light. Kaku is sent out on a simple elimination mission, one that Draxus couldn't stop him from going. Normally he wouldn't have bat an eye at such a simple mission... until he saw who Kaku was sent after.
