Chasing Tide (A Merman's Tale And The Human Who Desired Him)
One of the most painful things on earth is to lose a loved one. Whether in death or heartbreak. It's a pain different from all others. You feel every burn, every ache, your senses awaken, and greedily await a memory to sip in and then wreck your entire being. She took everything. His Light. His Heart. His Soul. It had no end. For years it went on like it would never end. But, it did. Just in passing, a normal day, a day like every other, but it was the day, his heart danced truly and his chest tighten as if a fierce wind had passed by, blending with his soul, leaving a suffocating feeling in his chest, a choking sensation in his throat, there was a pressure making it hard to breathe. ******* "My heart has heated for the human and my blood has flown for him. Every time I thought of him, my heart would ache. It would ache so much I couldn't breathe, the feeling of despair, yet sweetness... Even so, I still couldn't stop thinking about him." I've been writing this anthology for more than a year and a half and each piece on the project is special to me. is very each I've poured out each string of my veins in these pieces and this is the project in which I've been the most reulnerable till now. Each piece in this project is a direct reflection of how I saw the world when I was 17 and 18. This project according to me has my best written work up till now and a few of my favorites are, 'Matilda's Bleeding', and 'Passenger Side'. '... are my words enough?' Many themes and issues run through this collection, interwoven with each other, knitted between poems, so much so this is less of a collections of poems more of a continuous narrative. When I write, I'm constantly inspired. Imagery, characters and metaphors present themselves to me, I don't ever desperately start searching for them. The main inspiration for 'Loudspeaker' was the young people speaking up for what they believe in and fighting for the world they deserve. In their activism, they've taken the issues of today's world and used their voice to turn it into art. To turn the inequality into something empowering, hopeful and genuine. Give yourself time to feel your emotions But don't let them control you Let it consume you But not forever. There are moments in life when you have to let yourself feel, the pain the trauma, the depression the anxiety. Deeper Healing
"As I passionately kiss your lips and breathe all of you in, release your pain to me; let me inhale it and let my soothing touch heal your broken soul. -------- What starts as soft glares and innocent forehead kisses turns into something more carnal, deeper and wickedly tempting to explore. She isn't looking for true love, a concept she has given up on searching for. What her soul burns for is a man's touch to set her body ablaze and consume her completely in a whirlwind of intense pleasure and ecstasy. He desires a vibrant woman to do all the wickedly sinful things burning in his mind to, one who can unleash the dominant beast in him and torture sensually with all the pleasure he has to offer. She seems to be all he's ever needed and maybe someone whose heart he can heal and stitch back in place piece by piece until it can beat hard in her chest again and say his name.
