In the Netherlands, a young 15 years old girl has a troubled life. Reia, gifted with an amazing intellect doesn't fit into the strict and closed minded society. Even when a lot of people are waiting for the glow that will change everything, not many really know what it will be. Reia participate in the fight while still trying to slove her own problem.
(I want to precise that i'm only 15 and i'm french. My english might not be the best and i'm sorry about that. Also, i do not want to offence anyone from the Netherlands, it's a FICTION.)

He's always bullied America because he had 13 kids at 12 and 28 at 13 and it just kept multiplying giving him more fuel to bully America for and when they separated paths after highschool he thought he'd never see the small annoying country again, but then he bumps into America at college and shit starts all over again.
