Valia argentum is a seventeen year old demon hunter, as if being a teenager isnt hard enough. She's snarky and sarcastic and is quick to make light of serious situations. After meeting an upper level demon and being forced to help him she finds out she may have met her match. He's cynical and perverted and has no problem getting under her skin. With demons and demon hunters disappearing it'll take both of them to stop a greater force of evil than either of them have seen before. Valias whole life lays on the line and now there's nothing more terrifying than failure.

At 17 years old Luz decided to run from home she manage to go between realms and ended up on the Boiling Isles. When she decides to stay and help Eda, the most wanted witch on the Boiling Isles, her life turns upside down. She has to deal with various threats, from the deadly environment, and tyrannical government, to her own demons. After a few months, she finally managed to more or less stabilize her life, no matter the outside threats but everything changed as a new foe appeared in her life. How will she deal with the new problem? Will fighting your way through be enough?
