A few months after the events of WOTFI 2023, SMG4 starts having really bad dreams about the "Its gotta be perfect" incident. One night however, his fear allows the nightmares to break through and he gets taken to a horrific dimension. He finally meets the tv adware, who manipulates him into returning to his insane ways, intent on claiming much more than the perfect video. Now it's up to his friends to stop this madness and save SMG4. Can they do it in time or will they lose SMG4 forever?

(In case you are unaware this is a sequel to the its gotta be perfect movie)

SMG4 Figured nothing bad would happen if he went to a newly opened casino with his long time friend Mario, but when the latter causes havoc and destroys part of the casino, he and SMG4 get taken to the boss' office. They meet SMG3, the owner of the casino, who isn't all too pleased with the damage caused. SMG4 begs for the man to spare his moronic friend's life, but Mario isn't too keen on sticking around and bails on SMG4. SMG3 puts SMG4 to work in order to pay off the debt his friend incurred. SMG4 hates the work, being humiliated and having to work for peanuts, but a small bit of him finds himself attracted to his new boss, and his boss feels the same.

Well, Mr. Puzzles and Mario need to find true love. SMG4 and SMG3 need to make a "happy end," whatever that is. But after a dead body turns up... things start to look to be a lot more difficult than they originally thought. Will they be able to make it out of this strange musical city before they too become victims of a mass murderer?

However, things get interesting when it's revealed that SMG4 and SMG3 changed the room-plan so that Mario and his +1, Mr Puzzles, are actually SHARING!! Now the Italian has to find a way to get through a night of sleeping directly next to his crush. Perhaps this could be his chance to get one step closer to dating the man?
