Smiling Critters Headcanons

The first thing you notice is the torso with the bloodied, fleshy severance. Then the strung-up arms. Then the hanging head of something, someone, that looks so familiar. A dog, so similar to the other anthropomorphic characters... It comes to you, finally catching the name of this toy: Dogday. What the hell is he doing here? --- I've been so obsessed with the Smiling Critters since seeing Poppy Playtime Chapter 3, especially the one character who deserved better. Bro's literally my comfort character, so Imma right a better ending for him. CW: Some chapters contain mature scenes, this will be marked with a ❣️, pls read at your own discretion.

I saw a few of these on Wattpad and decided to make my own. It's basically just headcanons and short, random stories and everyone's favorite greasers. Stories about the little sun dog and moon cat because they are my current otp. (I'm only gonna say this once. these are the CARTOON versions of catnap and Dogday and NOT the in-game toy monsters. So if anyone comments "they're dead children" I'm gonna block you.) Also I might have some other smiling critter ships every now and then, I will mention them if so Also in all these stories catnap is selectively mute and uses asl, so most of his lines will have 'these'. Got it? Good. Also all art is by me unless stated otherwise.

This book mostly consists about the Smiling Critters from Poppy Playtime, including my OC, Krushy Kangaroo, who will appear in a chapter every now and then.
