To love you is Death.
Sombre means Grim.
You are grim, death himself, taker of life and yet
He who can not die has fallen for you.

When one is immortal and the other the harvest of souls their life's are completely opposite and yet in an odd twisted way the same. Their paths cross on a seemingly normal night, when the sky is the darkest and death is least expected. He had always been there, from the unsettling noises heard in the dead of night or the breeze that tickled his neck when there was no wind. But only now could he really be seen.
