In the 80s, Luca, a 13-year-old boy who had just moved to the Italian Riviera from Portorroso, spent his summer trying to fit in and follow in his mother's footsteps: trying to hunt, even if it was one of the legendary and last monsters. sailors at sea, who have been searched by his mother and the village hunters to keep him safe. Luca will have to enter the great and unknown ocean that he had never seen before to complete his mission.

However, when he forms a friendship with a mysterious young man named Alberto, he becomes friends with one of the monsters...
