What Can We Do About America’s Economy?
The experts tell us we have approximately 21.5% real unemployment rate. “The official definition of unemployment used by the BLS (Bureau of Labor Statistics) includes anyone age 16 or older who is not institutionalized and is not currently employed, but able to work, available for work, and actively seeking work.” This means more than 2 out of every 10 people who need a job in America don’t have one! That is also the reason we have so many homeless people. With all of the needs in the world, and all of the creative, talented people we have who could be meeting those needs, how can this be? With all of the ideas and solutions waiting to be developed, how can we not have work for so many employable people? Well, I have some ideas about this.

You know what? No one wants to admit it, but we're all running out of room. People are blind. We're too many. Every year, more of us pile onto this rotting planet. Bodies, faces, minds pushing, shoving, breathing, eating, consuming. But what are we really? Resources. And guess what? Resources expire. We can't just keep packing in more and more.
