Surviving Summer

Two weeks after her 17th birthday her father would go missing, along with Big John Routlege. But, before all of that, she was the Kook Princess, the Almighty Astrid, untouchable. No one would have ever thought that would change, that in less than a year's time she would be with the pogues. But after her dads disappearance she went on a spiral downhill, one that had almost ruined her completely. "Her dads disappearance tore her from the inside out". No one could pull her out of the hole she had fallen so deeply into, there was no one that she could confide in about her sorrows, so she would drown in them. Until they pulled her out, brought her back. From then on they had pledged to forever take care of each other, no matter the cost.
