Beside L (L x Reader)

You were a normal high school student living in the Kanto Region of Japan. If normal is considered super intelligent, than yes, you were normal. #1 smartest student in your school, as for Light Yagami? Hes the 2nd of course.
You and Light were in the same grade, same class too in fact! You weren't exactly super close but you both talked sometimes, and sometimes go to the nearest cafe before school. You considered him a friend, and you think he might have considered you a friend as well.
You would sometimes get bullied, though it didn't get physical, just a few mean words here and a few rumors there, none of it bothered since you knew it wasn't true. The girls at your school were just jealous that you were sorta close to Light, he was one of the most good-looking kids in your grade. You found him good-looking, but he wasn't really your type, you saw him as a friend and a friend only.
It was your last few weeks of school, about 6 weeks left, possibly more, you didn't feel like counting. November 28, 2003 is when your life took a big twist and turn.
