Tiomoyo Matsui is a fourteen-year-old Rikunian, a race of superhumans with incredible abilities residing on Rikunai, an isolated and unknown island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. As a student at The Academy, Tiomoyo has spent eight years training to become a member of the Order of Elementals, also known as the E-Ninjas by the people they protect due to their resemblance to their namesake. When a former E-Ninja turned traitor begins his plot to destroy Tiomoyo's city and unravel his way of life, Tiomoyo and his classmates must begin a tragic journey as they train to prepare for the coming conflict.
