Emmet Moore and Annalise Luna were betrothed to each other thirteen years ago. Emma was ten, and Annalise was eight. The families had arranged their wedding to be when Annalise turns 21. The royal family was really excited to have their heir get married as soon as possible.

See, Annalise was just another girl from a place far away from the palace. No one knows why the royal family chose her other than the fact that Emmet had accepted their choice at the age of ten.

Flash forward to thirteen years later, when Annalise is invited to the palace. With the wedding talk in session, Anna overhears that the prince-her prince to be-talks of not wanting to marry her. But they have been bethroned for the longest time, and the talk of marriage has been going on for the longest time. They would have to get married, whether both of them agreed or not.

Marriage of Convenience isn't the type of trope Anna thought she would be pushed into, but she is. Will Emmet, the guy who doesn't want Anna as his wife, get over that? But if he does, can Anna get over the sudden anger that comes with the prince talking about not wanting to marry her?

The two were supposed to be having a happy marriage because Emmet had chosen Annalise. But now it seems that Annalise is just Emmet's unwanted princess.

Her life was far from perfect. With an absent father, an alcoholic mother, and two younger siblings to take care of, Aurora never believed in an exemplary life for herself and therefore for others. Everyone looked at her from their rose-colored glasses, believing that what she seemed to be was the full story: the new girl at Apex High School who had all the looks and the ideal existence. Aurora had so much responsibility on her shoulders, the last thing she needed was more problems but when she starts school in a new town and an entirely new state, a boy forces himself into her bubble. Oliver Moore was your typical playboy and golden child. To want or need wasn't in his vocabulary, only to conquer and take whenever he pleased. He went through girls as fast as you could blink, but when Aurora moves into town, Oliver seems so completely drawn to only her. He wanted to take her. Taste her. Destroy her. Unfortunately, Aurora isn't as easy as the other girls Oliver has led to bed. It aggravates him and challenges him like nothing before. However, Aurora seems to miss the memo where Oliver loves a good game, and she had practically walked into the lion's den by entering the proximity of Apex, and ultimately Oliver Moore. She was his depiction of a dream; his object of desire. He was her depiction of another problem to add to the pile. How does one plan to destroy and consume something that's already destroyed and consumed by a void of despair? It certainly was some twisted fairytale...

[Featured on Wattpad Official Romance's Reading List!] Marzia Castille has always had dreams. When she was 3, she wanted to be a pop star. When she was 5, she was sure there was a career that meant she could build Lego for a living (spoiler alert; there isn't one). When she was 8, she wanted to be an astronaut. Unlike most girls, funnily enough, she never wanted to be a princess. Which kinda sucked, because she was one. Now that she's 17, she's the furthest thing from a princess imaginable. She's just a normal teenager with an annoying arch-enemy, a myriad of homework that she has no plans of completing, and jeans that she wears in place of school trousers (which she'll deny if you ever challenge her on it). Being the Oxford English Dictionary definition of 'not princess' and hiding in her shitty flat in London, is the only thing keeping her from an early grave. Someone out there wants her blood, but no one can quite tell her who, or why. But when a newspaper article hits her right between the eyes, and throws everything into permanent turmoil, she has to cut through her fear, and face the life she left behind. Armed with her best friend Emilio, and a sarcastic attitude that never seems to falter, she's pushed into a constant battle of love, heartbreak, impossible responsibility and determination, that all culminate in the never-ending whirlwind that throws her about. Oh, and let's not forget complete and utter confusion and hunger about 90% of the time too.
