Dean has had a crush on Castiel since the beginning of 8th grade. He loves him even though Castiel beats him to pulp each day because he's gay. Dean has to put up with being bullied at school, taking care of his little brother, Sam, and being abused by his drunk of a father.
What Dean doesn't know is that Castiel is gay as well. When his siblings find out what he's doing they're very disappointed in him.
What happens when Dean is in an accident because of Castiel and his family. Dean is sent into a coma and The doctors say he's most likely to not make it. What will Castiel do to save Dean?
