The Viscount Kingdom refuses to acknowledge the lesser side of the kingdom, the Valdor, also known as the Slums. The Slums are ridden with crime and people are barely getting by. Astoria, with the help of swoony Elias Lennox, is determined to overthrow the kingdom's heir, Prince Thatcher, and the heirs of the council members through a signed and tricky contract. However, secrets of the past come to light, and Astoria and Elias will have to stick it out to survive. 
There's one thing for certain, the Viscount Kingdom is always vicious.
