Y/n was only 3 years old when his parents had been forced to abandon him when the world went to hell in a handbasket. Or at least, a large majority of the world that he knew. His mother had been bitten and his father had died from being eaten alive by the infected trying to protect them. His mother was turning and she wanted to find a place where she could be sure that her baby boy would be safe. She left him alone in front of an apartment building before running off, hoping to lead the undead as far from her child as she could. Y/n was scared, hungry, and alone. That is, until he is found by Takahashi and his ragtag group of survivors.
