Modern au, no bending au, high school au
Sokka and Azula have never been friends. Quite the opposite actually.

Azula has many issues with her mom and honestly Ozai is scary but pretty sweet. Some chapters will be focused on her issues.

All characters are 16 and all in the same grade
Zuko and Azula are twins so they can be in same grade and so are Sokka and Katara (not a big plot point at all, just more convenient and helps with continuity)
Highschool where I'm from is grade 7 to 11 (they're in grade 11) so I'm going based off that

With in desperate need of a firebending teacher, Zuko throws away the need of capturing the Avatar and instead assists him in saving the world and teaching him firebending.
